We are looking for passionate candidates for the roles of Executive Director and/or Managing Director
These positions are essential to our mission of supporting young breast cancer survivors in the Erie area and ensuring our organization continues to thrive.

Linked By Pink is a small, local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization consisting of Erie area survivors diagnosed with breast cancer before the age of 45. We serve an area within a 45-mile radius of Erie, Pennsylvania. We are funded entirely by donations.
Linked By Pink is seeking two people interested in a leadership role within the organization. These positions are essential to the mission of Linked By Pink. We are looking for an Executive and Managing Director who will serve as liaisons to the community and are the faces of the organization.
The leadership positions are given a yearly stipend, paid quarterly. The hours are flexible working from home, with a minimum of 5 hours per week with the work shared between the leaders as they collaborate on the various administrative and managerial tasks. The amount of work varies with certain weeks/months (September, October and November) requiring more time. Opportunity would be given to train with the current leaders this fall.
Ways you can contribute to the Linked By Pink Mission:
• Collaboration for grant reviews, monthly support meetings, and event planning at least once a month.
• Attending events run by LBP or held by others to benefit LBP as well as coordinating volunteers for them.
• Assisting in multiple tasks involving the organization and board members’ tasks as needed.
• Participating in meetings and reporting to the Board of Directors.
• Representing LBP to the community.
• Meeting with patients to introduce them to LBP, deliver gift bags and offer support.
• Additional tasks set by the LBP Board.
Skills/Qualifications
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Handling confidential and sensitive information
• Speaking in front of people
• Attention to detail
• Good computer skills
• Ability to collaborate well with co-leader, board members and LBP members
• Breast cancer survivor, LBP member or non-profit experience is preferred/helpful
• Work independently
Physical Demands
• Driving; Moderate local driving
• Lifting/Moving 0-20 lbs.; Occasional
